NetGain Systems Unveils New Strategic Plan To Support Its Growth

NetGain Systems today unveils a new strategic plan to support its growth and boost its presence in the region. In Singapore, NetGain Systems has started its operations at WeWork and is looking into attracting new talent to expand its sales operations and research and development (R&D) capabilities. Furthermore, it will enhance its product technology to include artificial intelligence (AI) for IT operations (AIOps). The plan will be led by James Chia as its Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect and Toh Soon Seah as its founder and CTO.

James has a long track record in the IT industry with more than 25 years of experience in sales and leadership positions with leading global MNCs including Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Arista. He possesses a wealth of regional experience having worked in ChinaVietnamSingapore, and has successfully managed high-performing businesses in the Asia-Pacific region. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the National University of Singapore.

New plans in the technology pipeline include the introduction of Machine Learning capabilities into NetGain Systems’ monitoring products in which IT teams can truly automate their operations, such as with service-based alarm correlations to better enhance the IT experience of end users. Additionally, NetGain Systems will also be delving into new IoT Analytics Platform solutions which will greatly extend the product ability to capture huge volumes of data from IoT devices, smart sensors and visualize the data analytics to users for intelligent business insights and decision-making.

NetGain Systems will continue to offer its core products v10 Enterprise Manager and NetGain Cloud Vista which will allow its users to access their IT command center anytime and anywhere.
