(TSXV: GLIN.P) (“Global” or the “Corporation“), a capital pool company as defined under TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV” or the “Exchange“) Policy 2.4 – Capital Pool Companies (“Policy 2.4“), wishes to report that the previously announced letter of intent between the Corporation and Clerisy Corporation (the “LOI“) has expired in accordance with the terms of the LOI.
Trading of the Corporation’s common shares was initially halted on October 7, 2019 pending the announcement of the LOI. As the Company did not complete its Qualifying Transaction (as defined under Policy 2.4) within 24 months of listing on the Exchange, its common shares were suspended from trading on the Exchange on December 2, 2019, and will remain suspend until such time as the Company completes its Qualifying Transaction.
