HIRE Technologies Announces Upsize of Previously Announced Non-Brokered Private Placement to $2.5 Million
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – August 13, 2020) – HIRE Technologies Inc. (TSXV: HIRE) (the “Company” or “HIRE”) is pleased to announce that due to overwhelming demand from investors, it has increased the maximum size of the previously announced non-brokered private placement of 9% convertible debentures maturing July 31, 2023 (the “Private Placement”) from gross proceeds of $2,250,000 to $2,500,000 (the “Increased Non-Brokered Offering”). The proceeds from the Increased Non-Brokered Offering will be used to fund acquisitions and investments as well as for use as working capital to deliver on the Company’s strategic plan. The Private Placement and Increased Non-Brokered Offering are subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and any applicable securities regulatory authorities. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement and Increased Non-Brokered Offering will be subject to a four-month and one day hold period in Canada.
