Calgary, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – September 4, 2020) – PreAxia Health Care Payment Systems Inc. (OTC Pink: PAXH) (“PreAxia” or the “Company”) announces that further to the news release of August 28, 2020, that it cannot rely on the blanket order 51-517 for the filings listed in the news release and that the date of October 15, 2020 for filings does not apply.
PreAxia anticipates that it will file the annual filings on or before its regular filing deadline.
