Capricorn Business Acquisitions Inc. Announces Director Appointment


Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – June 1, 2021) – Capricorn Business Acquisitions Inc. (TSXV: CAK.H) (the “Company“) is pleased to announce that its board has appointed Robin McWatt as a director of the Company, effective May 31, 2021, who has replaced David Posner. Mr. McWatt shall serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board and is considered independent as defined in National Instrument 52-110 – Audit Committees.

Mr. McWatt joined Foundation Markets in 2017 and is currently Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group. He previously held positions at a Canadian investment management firm and one of the leading Canadian financial data and software companies. Mr. McWatt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
