Quantum eMotion Inc. Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors

Montreal, Quebec–(Newsfile Corp. – August 9, 2021) – Quantum eMotion Inc. (TSXV: QNC) (OTC Pink: QNCCF) (FSE: 34Q) (“QeM” or the “Company”) is announcing the resignation of Luc Paquet pursuant to the nomination of Wayne Teeple to its Board of Directors.

Luc has been involved since the start of the Quantum eMotion endeavor and brought much insight and knowledge to the Company. Recently, Luc has decided to focus his energy on his new role as Chief development officer of Immune BioSolutions Inc., an innovative biotech company specialized in the discovery and engineering of humanized antibodies.
