Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces May 2022 Dividend and Q1 2022 Investor Conference Call Details


Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – May 3, 2022) – Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX: AI) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the month of May 2022 of $0.075 per common share, to be paid June 14, 2022 to shareholders of record May 31, 2022.

Atrium pays monthly dividends currently at an annual rate of $0.90 per share, plus a special dividend to shareholders of record at year-end in the event the dividends declared are less than taxable income for that fiscal year.

Atrium will be releasing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2022 at the end of the day on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.
