DueDil and Artesian Solutions, two of the UK’s leading FinTech companies unveiled their partnership today, which aims to offer improved onboarding solutions, ultimately transforming the ability of the UK FSI sector to optimally handle customer relations.
DueDil is a company intelligence platform that collects and digitizes data from a multitude of sources, allowing users to search for information, identify new customers, and reduce risk. The company, co-founded by American entrepreneur, Damian Kimmelman and Justin Fitzpatrick in 2011, covers the SME economy and provides information including up to 20 years of financial data and director profiles, allowing users to track companies of interest.
Artesian Solutions defines its goal as follows: “to change the way B2B sellers communicate with their customers, for the better, forever. We saw that businesses have transformed the way they buy, but that sellers had not adapted.” The company aims to improve communication between clients and B2B sellers offering a suite of tools to find, nurture and grow customers and to harness know-how.
This strategic collaboration will allow both companies to combine the best of both platforms. DueDil’s Business Information Graph and exceptional Premium APIs and Artesian’s powerful web application and advanced rules-based insight engine is going to provide an all-round solution to companies in the FSI sector by assisting them in attracting, onboarding, and retaining long-term clients. Customers of DueDil and Artesian will be able to accelerate decision-making in areas such as customer engagement, risk and opportunity selection, onboarding, KYC/KYB, insurance underwriting, and customer lifecycle management.
The partnership marks a significant shift in how both companies address market needs, recognizing the benefit of collaboration.
“The most successful companies are those who collaborate to deliver the best outcomes for their customers.” – said Justin Fitzpatrick while also adding – “We are delighted to work in partnership with Artesian to increase the pace of digital transformation in the financial services industry – helping our customers connect theirs to the best financial products and services.”
Artesian CEO & Co-Founder Andrew Yates commented: “Today marks the beginning of an exciting new partnership.
