Advans Group Partners Tagit to Digitize Customer Experience in Microfinance

Advans, a microfinance group operating in Africa and Asia, has partnered with Tagit, a leading digital banking solutions provider, to implement MobeixTM Retail Banking in its eight regional markets. The Advans mobile app will be powered by Tagit and will offer digital financial services for users’ daily operations.

As a leading international microfinance group with over 1 million clients and a presence in 9 markets, Advans aims to foster wider financial inclusion by providing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and other underserved populations with loans, deposits, current and savings accounts, and other financial services. The partnership will accelerate the company’s impact and will allow Advans to reach out to more clients in its markets by providing client-centric digital financial services.

The Advans mobile app is the next step of Advans’ global innovation and digital transformation program. The company is progressively digitizing its processes and solutions. The application will offer a broad range of products and services to increase client satisfaction and retention, revolutionizing Advas’ customer service strategy.
